Group Therapy
Read More
Group Therapy sessions often involve around 6 to 12 people (although it is possible to have more participants). The group typically meets once or twice each week, or more, for an hour or two.
Group therapy allows members to better understand how they relate to others and to make positive changes in their relationships. Observing the group in action gives the therapist a window into how each member functions in a social situation, which can result in valuable feedback.
Group therapy meetings may either be open or closed. New participants are welcome to join open sessions at any time.
